Delivery & Returns Policy

Feel free to check our delivery and return policies before placing your order:

1. DELIVERY POLICY

We process orders within 2 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few extra days. Postcards are sent by the national postal service Β«UkrposhtaΒ» without a tracking number and delivered to you by local mail. Delivery time depends on the country and may take 1-2 months to deliver the card. If you need faster delivery β€” contact us before ordering, we will do our best to find the best delivery method as soon as possible. If you experience a significant delay in the delivery of your order, please contact us.

2. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know. You have 30 days after the delivery to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Postcards must be returned in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. That means your item must be in the same condition you received.

3. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery, its cost would also be refunded.

4. DAMAGES

We are not liable for any postcard damages or loss during the shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please get in touch with us with details, and we’ll thoroughly investigate the case to come up with a solution.

5. EXCHANGE (if applicable)
